Introduction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Welcome to Keys Locker. These Terms &amp; Conditions (&#8220;Terms&#8221;) govern your use of keyslocker.com (the &#8220;Site&#8221;) and any purchase you make on it. By using the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don&#8217;t agree, please don&#8217;t use the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keys Locker is operated by Keys Locker LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Definitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8220;Products&#8221; means the digital software license keys, activation codes and Microsoft 365 invitations sold on the Site.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;License Key&#8221; means the code that activates a software product through Microsoft&#8217;s activation system.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Invitation&#8221; means a link that adds your own Microsoft account to a Microsoft 365 plan.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;We&#8221;, &#8220;us&#8221; and &#8220;our&#8221; mean Keys Locker LLC. &#8220;You&#8221; means anyone who uses the Site or buys from it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Products and licensing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We sell genuine Microsoft product keys that activate on Microsoft&#8217;s activation servers. Keys Locker is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft unless a product page explicitly says so.<\/li>\n<li>Each product page states the key type (for example Retail, OEM, Bind Key, phone activation or volume license), how it activates, how many devices it covers and any region limits. Unless the product page says otherwise, one key activates one device.<\/li>\n<li>Buying a key gives you a license to use the software, not ownership of it. Use of the software is governed by Microsoft&#8217;s license terms.<\/li>\n<li>Please check the system requirements on the product page before you buy. We can&#8217;t guarantee compatibility with your specific hardware or software.<\/li>\n<li>You may not resell, share or distribute keys you buy from us.<\/li>\n<li>Key problems and software problems are different. If a key doesn&#8217;t activate or is rejected, that is a key problem and our Refund Policy applies. If the software activates but later crashes, has bugs or is slow, that is a software problem handled by Microsoft.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Your account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Give accurate information when you register and keep your password safe.<\/li>\n<li>You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.<\/li>\n<li>Tell us at support@keyslocker.com if you think someone else is using your account.<\/li>\n<li>We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or are used for fraud.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Orders and payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prices include applicable taxes where the law requires it. The currency is shown at checkout.<\/li>\n<li>We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and Cash App Pay, US bank payment (ACH), pay later with Klarna, Affirm or Afterpay, crypto (USDT, Solana or Litecoin), Binance Pay, WebMoney and SBP (Russian bank apps). The methods you see depend on your country and order.<\/li>\n<li>Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.<\/li>\n<li>By placing an order, you confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method.<\/li>\n<li>By selecting &#8220;Place Order&#8221; at checkout, you accept these Terms and our Refund Policy.<\/li>\n<li>We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if it looks fraudulent or a price was shown in error. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Delivery and revealing your key<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delivery is usually instant, and at most a few minutes, depending on demand and stock. If a product is being restocked, we tell you on your order page and by email.<\/li>\n<li>Your key appears on your order page as soon as it is ready, and we email you a link to it. The key stays hidden until you click &#8220;Reveal key&#8221;. We record when you reveal it: the date, time, IP address and browser.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery is complete when the key is available on your order page.<\/li>\n<li>After revealing your key, please save it somewhere safe.<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft 365 invitations are delivered as a link that you accept with your own Microsoft account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Cancellations, refunds and our guarantee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can cancel a key you haven&#8217;t revealed within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.<\/li>\n<li>Once you reveal a key, the sale is final, unless the key is defective.<\/li>\n<li>If a key doesn&#8217;t activate within the activation guarantee period shown on the product page, we send a free replacement within 24 hours, or a full refund if we can&#8217;t replace it.<\/li>\n<li>The full rules are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. Your key is delivered to your order page immediately, but it stays hidden until you click &#8220;Reveal key&#8221;. By revealing it, you ask us to complete delivery and you agree that you lose your right to cancel. Until you reveal it, you can still cancel within 14 days for a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product names, logos and trademarks on the Site belong to their owners.<\/li>\n<li>All original content on the Site, including text, graphics and design, belongs to Keys Locker LLC. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the maximum extent the law allows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.<\/li>\n<li>Our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.<\/li>\n<li>We are not liable for problems caused by the software itself, such as errors, data loss or incompatibility. Microsoft provides support for its software.<\/li>\n<li>We are not responsible for delays caused by things outside our control, such as internet outages, email delivery problems or third-party service failures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Our guarantee and warranty limits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We guarantee that every key we sell is genuine and will activate when used within the activation guarantee period shown on its product page. If it doesn&#8217;t, the remedy is a replacement or refund as described in our Refund Policy. We make no other promises, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We don&#8217;t promise that the software will meet your needs or run without interruption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Things you must not do<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the Site for anything unlawful.<\/li>\n<li>Try to access our systems, other people&#8217;s accounts or restricted areas of the Site.<\/li>\n<li>Resell or commercially exploit keys bought from us.<\/li>\n<li>Use bots or scrapers on the Site.<\/li>\n<li>Give false information, including false claims that a key is defective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Governing law and disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming. This doesn&#8217;t remove any consumer rights that the law of your country gives you and that can&#8217;t be waived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Changes to these Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update these Terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. Orders you have already placed stay under the Terms that applied when you placed them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14.
