Summary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your key stays hidden on your order page until you click &#8220;Reveal key&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Not revealed yet? You can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, for any reason.<\/li>\n<li>Once you reveal a key, the sale is final, unless the key is defective.<\/li>\n<li>Defective key: we send a free replacement within 24 hours, or a full refund if we can&#8217;t replace it.<\/li>\n<li>Problems installing with Microsoft&#8217;s installer are not a key defect. We&#8217;ll help you install, but they don&#8217;t qualify for a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Keys you haven&#8217;t revealed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After payment, your key is ready on your order page, but it stays hidden until you click &#8220;Reveal key&#8221;. We also email you a link to your order page. We record when a key is revealed: the date, time, IP address and browser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you haven&#8217;t revealed a key, you can cancel it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. This covers any reason, including buying the wrong product or buying the same product twice. Message us from your order page or email support@keyslocker.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once a key is revealed, we can&#8217;t take it back. A revealed key can&#8217;t be refunded, exchanged or turned into store credit, except under section 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Defective keys<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A key is defective if it doesn&#8217;t activate, is reported as already used, or is rejected by Microsoft&#8217;s activation system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each product page shows its activation guarantee period, for example 7 or 30 days from purchase. Activate within that period to stay covered.<\/li>\n<li>Send us your order number and a screenshot of the activation error.<\/li>\n<li>Most activation errors are an edition mismatch or a typo, and we&#8217;ll help you fix it. If the key really is faulty, we send a free replacement within 24 hours.<\/li>\n<li>If we can&#8217;t replace the key, we refund it in full.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. What isn&#8217;t covered<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Changing your mind after you have revealed the key.<\/li>\n<li>Keys that have been activated or redeemed. A Bind Key counts as redeemed once it is added to your Microsoft account, which happens before you can download Office.<\/li>\n<li>Problems installing with Microsoft&#8217;s own installer or Microsoft account. They are not a key defect. We&#8217;ll gladly help you install, and Microsoft support can help with retail installations too.<\/li>\n<li>Hardware, operating system or region requirements stated on the product page, for example a Windows-only product used on a Mac.<\/li>\n<li>Software problems after a successful activation, such as crashes, bugs or slow performance. Microsoft handles these.<\/li>\n<li>Problems reported after the activation guarantee period shown on the product page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Microsoft 365 invitations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Microsoft 365 products are delivered as an invitation link to join a Microsoft 365 plan with your own Microsoft account. Invitation links are not hidden behind &#8220;Reveal key&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your access stops working during the coverage period shown on the product page, contact us and we&#8217;ll move you to a new seat or refund the unused part of the term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you have accepted the invitation, the purchase can&#8217;t be cancelled for a change of mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. How refunds are paid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Cash App Pay and ACH bank payments are refunded to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.<\/li>\n<li>Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay purchases are refunded to your plan with that provider, which then adjusts your payments.<\/li>\n<li>Crypto, Binance Pay and WebMoney payments are refunded as the US dollar amount you paid, in the same currency, to a wallet or account you give us.<\/li>\n<li>SBP payments are refunded in rubles through the payment service, or to a card or account you give us if that isn&#8217;t possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We email you when the refund has been sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Chargebacks and disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We can usually solve the problem faster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a dispute is opened for an order whose key was delivered and revealed, we may share our delivery and reveal records with your bank or payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
