Is Pro Plus the right edition?
Pro Plus is the most complete standalone Office package. It includes Publisher (brochures, newsletters, print layouts) and Access (database management) — which Home & Business and Home & Student do not. If you don’t use those tools, Home & Business covers everything else at a lower price.
2021 or 2024?
Office 2021 is fully supported until 2026. Office 2024 adds newer AI-assisted features, an improved Outlook interface, and support through 2033. If budget is the priority, 2021 gives you the same core experience at a lower price. If you plan to use this installation for 5+ years, 2024 is the better investment.
Online Key vs Bind Key:
Online Keys use the standard product key activation — enter the key during setup. Bind Keys tie to your Microsoft account for easier reinstallation. Both give you a lifetime license.
