About Our Products

CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) is Microsoft's official program for reselling cloud products such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure. As an authorized CSP partner, we provision genuine Microsoft subscriptions directly through Microsoft's partner channel — not OEM keys or retail boxes. Your subscription is managed through Microsoft's own infrastructure.
Yes, 100%. All subscriptions are provisioned through Microsoft's official CSP partner program. They carry the same guarantees, SLAs, and support entitlements as buying directly from Microsoft — just at better prices through our partner pricing.
Business plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) are designed for companies with up to 300 users. They cover most productivity and collaboration needs at an accessible price point.

Enterprise plans (E3, E5) are designed for larger organisations and include advanced compliance, eDiscovery, auditing, and more granular security controls. E5 also includes Power BI Pro and advanced threat protection.
Both options are available on most plans. Monthly billing gives you full flexibility — add, remove, or cancel at any time with no penalty. Annual commitment offers a lower per-user price in exchange for a 12-month term. The billing model is shown on each product page.
Yes. Through the CSP program you can assign different plans to different users within the same organisation. For example, you can assign Microsoft 365 Business Premium to power users and Business Basic to staff who only need email and Teams.

Ordering & Provisioning

Within minutes of your payment confirming. You'll receive an email with your subscription details and instructions to access the Microsoft 365 admin center and assign licenses to your users.
After purchase, you'll receive an email containing your tenant details, admin credentials (or instructions to link to your existing Microsoft tenant), and a step-by-step guide to get started. If you already have a Microsoft 365 tenant, we can add seats to your existing account.
We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other secure payment options available at checkout. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
Absolutely. Our website is protected by SSL encryption, meaning all data transmitted between your browser and our servers is fully encrypted. We never store your credit card details and follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

Managing Your Subscription

Log in to admin.microsoft.com, go to Users → Active Users, select a user, click Manage Licenses, and toggle on the plan. Repeat for each user. It takes about 30 seconds per user. Our support team can also walk you through it if needed.
Yes. CSP subscriptions are fully flexible — you can scale up or down at any point during your billing cycle. Simply contact our support team and we'll adjust your seat count within the same business day.
Yes. You can move from a lower-tier plan (e.g., Business Basic) to a higher-tier plan (e.g., Business Premium) at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Contact our support team and we'll handle the change on your behalf.
Go to admin.microsoft.com and sign in with your Global Administrator account. From there you can manage users, assign licenses, configure services, check billing, and access all Microsoft 365 settings for your organisation.

Billing & Support

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase for subscriptions that have not been provisioned or used. Once a subscription has been activated and licenses assigned to users, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team and we'll find the best solution.
For monthly subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month — your users retain access until then. For annual subscriptions, early cancellation terms apply per Microsoft's CSP policy. Contact our team and we'll walk you through the options.
Yes. If you need 10 or more seats, contact us through the Contact Us page for a custom quote. We can offer additional discounts on larger commitments across all Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Security plans.
