Subscription Provisioning — How It Works
At Keys Locker, all products are Microsoft cloud subscription services provisioned through the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program. There is no physical shipping and no activation codes. Your subscription is set up directly in your Microsoft tenant.
How Provisioning Works
- Complete your purchase — Pay securely using credit card or debit card via Stripe, our PCI-certified payment processor.
- We provision your subscription — After your payment is confirmed, our team provisions your Microsoft subscription through the CSP program. We will contact you by email with next steps, which may include accepting the Microsoft Customer Agreement and confirming your Microsoft tenant domain.
- You receive access — Once provisioned, you will receive confirmation that your subscription is active. You can then assign licenses to your users from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Start working — Your team can begin using their Microsoft apps and services immediately after licenses are assigned.
Provisioning Timeframe
Most subscriptions are provisioned within a few hours of purchase, and no later than 24 hours after payment is confirmed — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You will receive updates at the email address associated with your account. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not hear from us within a few hours.
New Tenant vs. Existing Tenant
- Existing Microsoft tenant: If your organization already has a Microsoft 365 environment, we will provision the subscription to your existing tenant. You will need to provide your tenant domain (e.g., yourcompany.onmicrosoft.com).
- No tenant yet: If your organization does not have a Microsoft 365 tenant, we will help you create one as part of the onboarding process at no extra charge.
Microsoft Customer Agreement
As part of the CSP provisioning process, you will be asked to accept the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) — Microsoft’s standard terms for cloud services. This is a one-time step required by Microsoft for all CSP customers. The MCA can be reviewed at microsoft.com/licensing/docs/customeragreement.
Didn’t Receive Confirmation?
If you have not received a provisioning confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase:
- Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Keys Locker.
- Log in to your account dashboard and check your order details.
- Contact our support team at support@keyslocker.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
