What You’ll Need
- Your order confirmation email from Keys Locker
- A web browser on any device
- An email address for your Microsoft admin account
Step 1 — Access Your New Tenant
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with your Microsoft 365 tenant details. Click the link to set your admin password and access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center at admin.microsoft.com.
Step 2 — Sign in to the Admin Center
Go to admin.microsoft.com and sign in with your Global Administrator credentials. This is your control panel for everything in Microsoft 365.
Step 3 — Add Your Users
Go to Users → Active Users → Add a user. Enter the user’s name and email address, then assign a Microsoft 365 license. Repeat for each person in your organisation.
Step 4 — Install Office Apps (if included in your plan)
Users on Business Standard, Premium, E3, or E5 can install the full Office desktop apps. In the Admin Center go to Users → Active Users, select a user, and click Office Apps to send them install instructions. Users can also go to office.com and sign in to install apps directly.
